Description: Service design case for IT-Service at University of Lapland, focusing on how to deal with rush hours. The case was realized in a team of 3 students. Our work included user research, customer journeys, interviews of customers and employees, collecting insights for further development. Our delivery was a series of complementary concepts with service evidences, such as a fictive job description and prototype of a solution for how to communicate "live information" to students and university staff. I participated in all of the development stages, but was responsible of creating a Marvel prototype, based on a tested paper prototype, and creating personas based on the collected data.
