Description: Service design case - making user and customer research, benchmarking and investigating how trust is created in a sharing economy. In the case we focused on issues connected to driving in Lapland, specially in winter conditions. My role was to manage
communication within the team, to keep the tight schedule. The case was done in a team of 7 students, with various backgrounds. This required a lot of organizing, delegating tasks and a lot of effort went into communication. I was part of doing interviews for user research and transforming the data into personas. I was also keeping an overview of what had been done and what still needed attention.
